If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
We will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with return instructions and the return shipping address. We accept returned Items with defects for refund or exchange and will pay return shipment costs. However, if you wish to return an item due to ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for return shipment costs.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns for underwear and lingerie for sanitary reasons.
